Car Rental Booking

1. Choose your rental dates and send us a photo of your passport and driver’s license.
2. Make a prepayment to reserve the vehicle. If delivery is required (charged separately from 500 THB depending on the delivery area), send your location and preferred vehicle pickup time.
3. Upon receiving the vehicle, the customer pays the security deposit and the remaining rental balance.
4. When returning the vehicle, the customer receives the deposit back.

Notes:

* If the fuel tank is not returned full, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit (depending on the vehicle model and fuel tank capacity).
* At the end of the rental, a cleaning fee will be charged: from 500 THB for normal dirt in the interior and exterior, up to 5,000 THB if deep interior cleaning is required.

Terms and Conditions

1. The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel; any additional refueling is at the customer’s expense.
2. Smoking in the vehicle is subject to a fine of 10,000 THB.
3. Using the vehicle for racing or on a track is prohibited.
4. All vehicles are insured; however, in case of damage, the customer must compensate for the repair cost of the damaged part if it can be repaired.
5. If a tire is damaged, the cost of a comparable new tire will be deducted from the deposit.
6. Only the driver listed in the rental agreement is permitted to drive the vehicle.
7. If the vehicle is driven by a person not listed in the agreement, the company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without refunding any payments, including the deposit.

Additional Conditions

* Insurance is void if the driver is under the influence of alcohol. The customer is responsible for all damages.
* In the event of flooding damage, including leaving a convertible with the roof open during rain, the customer is responsible for all damages.
* In the event of an accident, a replacement vehicle is not provided.
* If the customer cancels the rental, the deposit is non-refundable.
* The company reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the prepayment in case of force majeure circumstances.
